Op uitnodiging van onze Hoofdsponsor Kwiwanis Ghent Seaport trokken wij wat graag naar de Snepkaai te Gent voor de 2e uitgave van Sail For Children, een prestigieus project dat Kiwanis op touw zet om elke jongere het recht op memorabele vakantieherinneringen te gunnen! Wat we vooraf hadden ingeschat als een rustig pleziervaartje op de Leie werd al snel enkele km/u opgedreven tot een nooit te vergeten ervaring : een adrenaline-boost met alles erop en eraan : Speed-boats, rit op de “funband” achter de speed-boat … En dat alles onder een stralend zonnetje, voorzien van een welkom briesje… Het ontbijt, het zalige middagmaal en het verrassingspakket op het einde van de dag maakte van deze Sail for Children een dag om nooit meer te vergeten. En was dat nu net niet het opzet? Bedankt hoor, lieve mensen van Kiwanis!!!
